To achieve its mission of empowering the Speech and Hearing Impaired (SHI) community, Sai Swayam Society implements a comprehensive range of initiatives designed to support individuals at every stage of their development. These efforts include.
1.Early Intervention: Identifying and addressing developmental needs at an early age to ensure a strong foundation for learning and communication.
2.Middle School Education: Providing quality education tailored to the needs of SHI students in middle school.
3.Remedial Education: Offering additional academic support to bridge learning gaps and enhance understanding.
4.Skill Training: Equipping SHI individuals with vocational and technical skills relevant to current job markets.
5.Livelihood Generation: Promoting economic independence through self-employment, on-campus placements, and dedicated job fairs for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
6.Post-Employment Support: Ensuring continuous support and guidance to empower SHI individuals sustain employment
